Meet Me

I'm Jessica, writer and creator of The Play Learn Love! Before I became a mom, I worked in Early Childhood Education. I enjoyed my work as a teacher, but motherhood has always been my true calling. I am so thankful that I now get to devote my knowledge, skills, and time to my own littles. Working as a part time nanny out of my home is the best of both worlds. I am living my dream of being a stay at home mom and enjoying my passion for teaching with the Montessori inspired preschool program that I run for the kids!


Meet The Family

My husband is the most wonderfully supportive man I could ask for. He is my backbone and the one who brings me back to reality when my type A personality kicks into over drive. He puts up with my excessive planning, list making, organizing, and reorganizing like a saint. 

Emily (age 3) is our oldest daughter. She is a quick and witty little firecracker, taking after Daddy with her bright sense of humor! She is such a loving little girl and an AMAZING big sister!!! She loves to help out and is so thoughtful and caring. She tends to play the shy card, but don't let her coy smile and blond ringlets fool you. This little one has feisty streak!

Madeline (11 months) is the baby of the family. She is all smiles all the time! She is a very easy going baby and is always on the go, trying her best to keep up with the big kids! She has just learned how to walk, and has gone straight to climbing on everything. This little girl keeps me busy!
